Terms for Energie 4760 vehicle rental.

§1 Scope
These terms apply to all rental contracts between Energie 4760 and the customer.
§2 Rate and deposit
Daily rate, free kilometers and deposit are listed per vehicle in the catalog.
§3 Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 4 days before start. Afterwards: 3 days 10 %, 2 days 20 %, 1 day 60 % of the total. No-show: 100 %.
